Our work depends on you

Lutheran Campus Ministry depends on the generosity of people like you. Our volunteers and donors are what enable us to walk with students through their college years, to provide safe space for students looking for a place to hang out, to build community and, most importantly, to share the love of Christ with students, faculty and staff. Why give?

Picture
"Lutheran campus ministries has allowed me to connect with my peers and other spiritually minded individuals. It has served as a 'church away from home' now that I am not attending my home church. This way I am able to continue to be spiritually minded while at university. Campus ministries has served as a way to improve my mood and mental health through any hard times I may be experiencing and I am very thankful for its services." -Nathan, Class of 2024, Vancouver, WA

I was part of my Lutheran Campus Ministry when I was an undergraduate and had a truly great experience, but between COVID and moving around a few times I hadn’t felt like I had much of a church home since then. But now as part of UW Lutherans as a grad student, I feel connected to a faith community again. I love the opportunities to share meals, laughs, and deeper discussions about life and faith with folks who understand what it’s like to be a student or be in a new city. I look forward to our Wednesday dinners every week as a welcome break from schoolwork, and because I can count on Pr. Chelsea to have a fun yet thought-provoking activity weaved in. This community is a blessing, so thank you for supporting it!
